Important Notice: Magistrates
Magistrates are an important part of the civil and criminal justice systems. Among their many duties, they preform marriages, review probable cause for arrests and issuing warrants, hold hearings on traffic related offenses, and oversee small claims court.
Previously a Magistrate was available to the public every week day during normal business hours. Due to budget cuts, these hours and availability have been considerably reduced.
